Monday August 23So today I decided to take the training back indoors. I have a great boyfriend, I have to say. He didn’t seem to mind at all that I was crawling around his house for an hour while he made dinner. We could chat, catch up on all the news from his weekend away.

Notice the rolled up socks I have taped around my hands to protect my palms? It helps but I have to say, it’s still really hard on my right thumb and wrist. I can feel it all the way up my arm. So tonight I took a lot of breaks in order to stretch out my arms. The Cranial Sacral therapist who I saw a few weeks ago (when I ended up injuring myself from the weight lifting regime) recommended that I break up all my training with stretching. This is something I know is a good thing. And yet I often don’t want to do it. Hhhhmmmmm.
